Refund Policy
Cancellations
MudMixer New Zealand reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they may send a cancellation request to our customer service team at info@mudmixernz.co.nz or call the phone number listed on our website. Once our team has reviewed the cancellation request during business hours, they will approve or deny the request.
Please Note:
- Cancellation is never guaranteed after an order has been placed.
- Once the order has been processed by our warehouse team, it is not eligible for cancellation.
- However, the customer may return products within 30 days of delivery (see Return Policy below).
- If the order is successfully canceled, we will send a refund automatically (minus a 10% cancellation fee).
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns. Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mudmixernz.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
